The ECS staff is made up of highly capable spiritual mentors representing a variety of denominational backgrounds. Each member has personally put their faith in Jesus Christ and authentically demonstrates the depth of their relationship with Him in every area of their lives. 

Staff meet every morning for prayer and devotions and are active members of their local church.
