EASTSIDE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

Eastside Christian School was established in 1969 as a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to serving the families of Eastside communities. ECS continues to be a place where Christian educators partner together with parents to prepare preschool through eighth grade students for lives of leadership and service.

A caring, professional staff of state certified teachers is committed to providing the best educational opportunities possible in which students develop their abilities and talents in a distinctly Christian atmosphere.

ECS is approved by the State of Washington and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (A.C.S.I.)
Situated on 6-acres, the ECS campus includes twenty classrooms, beautiful chapel, full-size gymnasium, updated computer lab, large outdoor sport court and expansive playgrounds. ECS is conveniently located in Bellevue, Washington just minutes northeast of the I-90 and I-405 intersection.

Purpose
The purpose of Eastside Christian School is to provide an encouraging and challenging educational atmosphere in which all moral and academic instruction is presented from a Christian worldview.

Our strategy for achieving the purpose set before us is to model and teach young people that the most appropriate response to God's blessing and Christ's incredible act of love is for us to seek to serve and glorify Him in every area of our lives.  This can only be accomplished by giving our best and striving to reach our utmost potential. 
 
Equally important is the attitude that accompanies our effort.   We seek to instill in our students the understanding that not only is pursuing excellence glorifying to God, it should be a truly enjoyable experience.
