Welcome to the Eastside Christian School (ECS) website! We are very excited to have you visit our site to learn more about this best kept secret. We'd love to have you come visit and see for yourself why ECS is so special. We strongly believe in the importance of Christian Education. Our mission is to Educate Children in the Christ-Inspired Joyful Pursuit of Excellence. We want the students who graduate from ECS prepared to engage with their community in order to fulfill the great commission (Matthew 28:19-20). This foundation rests on 2 pillars: 1. Christian Education/World View 2. High Academic Achievement Christian Education/World View: All instruction provided our students is based upon the Word of God. We are deeply committed to helping our children see the world through the prism of a personal faith in Christ. The integration of character building, Bible classes, weekly chapel services and leadership training are vital supports to this effort. The result is a safe, nurturing and loving environment where children can thrive in their faith and learning. High Academics: Having a strong and sound academic foundation will enable our students to be articulate, informed and well-prepared to engage their peers and culture. The apostle Paul and Moses are great examples of the kind of students we want to graduate from ECS; both having been well educated and both making a difference for the kingdom of God. We understand that the education of children is primarily the responsibility of the parents. The talented staff at ECS is excited to partner with you as we work together to educate your child. ECS is a great place to be. Your children will grow in their faith and be challenged academically in a safe place. We hope you will get involved as well. There are many opportunities to serve and share your gifts. Our desire is to maintain great communication with all of our families.
