Registration Process 
So you’ve decided ECS is the best place for your student(s) to grow academically spiritually, physically, socially, and emotionally.   Great!  Here’s what you need to know to apply:

ECS has Open Enrollment.  In other words, ECS welcomes applications year-round.   For each upcoming school year, the first day that spots become available is the Monday following the first Thursday in February. You can and should request materials and get them going prior to our Open House-- which is always the first Thursday of February.  

  
STEP 1:  Submit application items below along with most recent report card, copies of standardized tests, and non-refundable $75 application fee.

STEP 2: We will confirm the completeness of your application(s).

STEP 3: Student testing is scheduled and completed (The Principal may waive 2nd-8th grade testing after reviewing report card and test scores)

STEP 4: Applications are prayerfully and carefully considered by the Principal.

STEP 5:  By invitation of the principal, family interviews are scheduled by the office.

STEP 6:  Notification of enrollment status is given by phone within one to two business days.  All applicants will receive a letter of response by US mail as well.
 
STEP 7: Upon acceptance, ECS office coordinates enrollment details

• Washington State Patrol Background Check (one per parent)
