Selecting the best school for your child is an important first step toward a successful school experience. The Eastside Christian School "family" encourages each prospective parent to visit our campus and become acquainted with our programs, goals and objectives. NEW TO THE AREA?

Many families choose a new school first and then home and understandably so.  Fortunately, ECS is in a great location just off of I-90 making it a great choice for many of the surrounding cities.

ECS students, parents, and teachers are always excited to have new members added to the ECS family.  We’re confident you’ll feel welcomed and valued as part of our community. 

Upon request, we can connect you with ECS parents who would be eager to make themselves available to help you with your transition.  We can also connect you to ECS families who live in your new neighborhood so you can join a carpool.  Also, if desired we can connect you to professionals like real estate agents and others.

TRANSFERRING SCHOOLS? 

Whatever the reason for transfers, the ECS family welcomes new family members with open arms.  The paperwork is the same for all new students.  However as part of the application process (STEP 3) an academic assessment may be requested.   Our principal is happy to answer questions about grade placement and/or special academic needs. 

ECS does not discriminate on the basis of sex, color, race, national or ethnic origin in its policies or program. However, ECS does reserve the right to select students based on its own criteria of spiritual commitment, academic performance, and personal qualifications including a willingness to cooperate with the school administration and to abide by its policies and regulations. Potential disqualifiers may include language barriers, behavioral problems, and special educational needs that our program does not address. ECS administration welcomes a conversation regarding our ability to meet your child’s special academic needs. ECS complies with all WA state age requirements for preschool through middle school.   The ECS Board has final authority over registration and any issues should be directed first to the principal.
